With veganism back on the rise and so may families are searching for healthier options. Christopher Burnam Culinary Creator has created a way where you can enjoy your chicken and be vegan too! Yep, that's right, Mr. Burnamup has vegan chicken or rather we say chick'n. With popular dishes such as the vegan chick'n and waffles, fried chick'n and the Seafood Mac n Cheeze Burnamupchili has been in business for over two years. When asked what inspired the owner in starting this business venture he stated "I've always been a creator and I have a passion for serving others. So when I became vegan I wanted to help black people eat better while still enjoying foods from our culture." Mr. Burnam also commented that he chose vegan because it was a better option for him, " I wanted to eat better and not be impacted by preventable diseases. I did research and know that a plant based diet is the best way to consume food. I am on a mission to completely change the perception that a lot of black people and people of color have about the taste, cost and availability of vegan food." Burnamupchili is located in Orlando, Florida and does pop-ups, catering and private chef sessions. The owner expects to take this business to new heights in 2019 by opening up a brick and mortar in which is exciting news for the public.
